We first remove all dust and particles from inside of each PC.
Through the physical inspection of the computer's appearance, we assign a Grade. Scratches and dings will warrant a Grade-B classification.
Each PC is run through a software that determines the specifications and funtionality of the computer.
During the audit process, we allot a unique tracking number that allows your sales person to instantly pull up who tested the PC, the grade or appearance, upgrades made, and more.
After passing the audit process, hard drives are reformatted and partition tables are blown--effectively removing all data from the drive.
A final cleaning and removal of all ID tags, our newly re-certified computers are placed on the shelf ready for resale.
