We obtain all of our PCs, laptops, and monitors from major corporations, therefore we offer only tier-one, name-brand equipment. All of the computers CompuCycle offers for sale have passed through our refurbishing process and are thoroughly cleaned, inspected, and tested by our technicians in our 53,000 square foot facility.

What is considered an Export Sale?
Export sales of PCs and monitors are done on a container quantity basis. Although there are other means of freighting cargo internationally, containers are the most cost effective solution to move large quantities of computers. There are 2 standard sizes we normally work with: The smaller 20 ft standard container, and the larger 40 ft cube container.
Other container configurations are available and they usually depend on the type and size of the electronics. Although, the configurations described above can be considered as guidelines for minimum packing capacity.
Laptops can be exported in minimum quantities of 20 units per shipment, via airfreight. All packaging is secured to ensure that computers are not damaged in transit.
Terms of Payment
All export sales must be paid for in full via wire transfer of funds prior to the goods being shipped or an Irrevocable Confirmed Letter of Credit ($30,000 minimum order). International credit cards are not accepted.
There are other options available for returning CompuCycle customers such as cash-against-documents and shipping with 30% deposit for reserve and packing. Speak with our sales representatives to learn more about these arrangements.
Is CompuCycle an experienced exporter?
CompuCycle was recently awarded the Export Achievement Award by the US Department of Commerce for creating international relationships and the professional manner in which we manage them.
How is the product packed?
Our computers are packed on skids or pallets in configurations of 48 towers or 62 desktops, for computers, and 45, 36, or 24 units for monitors, dependent on size.
When an order is assembled, the skids are packed on a heat-treated pallet with interleaved cardboard and prepared for optimum protection. They are then wrapped in stretch film to ensure stability, and black heavy-duty stretch film is added for extra security. Finally, each order is bound securely to its pallet using nylon bands.
What happens if my computers arrive damaged?
All computers are tested to ensure that they are in excellent working condition, in fact, less than 1% of our electronics come back to us with a problem. In specific cases, however, computers clearly marked as untested are sold as such.
In the unlikely case that our computers arrive damaged, we stand behind our quality by providing proper warranty handling to all customers through our Support department.
Depending on the case, we may ship the replacement parts to the customer or issue a credit to compensate for damages.
