After your electronics arrive at CompuCycle’s access-controlled, web-cam surveyed facility, the audit process begins.
You can spot-audit from the web as your electronics are assigned a lot number, unpacked, and individually entered into our customized database, allowing us to track each item throughout the asset management process. Upon receipt of equipment, a receipt advice report is presented for your records.
Our certified technicians then test every received item. Within 10 business days, we issue a comprehensive audit report reflecting the functionality and compensation value of each piece. The audit also details the make, model, part number, serial number, asset tag number, and specification for comprehensive reporting. Audit reports are furnished in electronic format for easy import, but we’ll be happy to supply a hard copy upon request.

- The proposed disposition action of your assets is recorded and included in the audit
- A certificate of appropriate destruction assures that your assets are recycled in an environmentally responsible manner
