Today, we’d like to highlight Stewart & Stevenson, a leading designer, manufacturer and provider of specialized equipment and aftermarket parts and services for the oil and gas industry. While they are headquartered right here in Houston, they provide their equipment and services to a global market.

Our work with Stewart and Stevenson includes the following end-of-life computer asset management services:

1. Secure Data Removal and Destruction: All hard drives are erased using Department of Defense compliant hard drive data erasure software. Drives that fail the erasure process are shredded.
2. Onsite packaging and collection of assets: With just one phone call from Stewart and Stevenson, we are able to provide prompt and cost effective collection and transportation of materials nationwide.
3. Audit reporting and asset tracking: Our computer controlled tracking system monitors each item through the inventory, recycling and destruction processes. These processes are approved, controlled and audited.
4. Compliant Electronic Recycling: We adhere to Responsible Recycling R2 Practices. Our “No Landfill, No Exceptions” policy along with our downstream controls meet or exceed all applicable legislation and EPA standards.
